1. Service and users
MoaBoard collects posts through links and QR codes and lets board organizers approve, pin and categorize them. An organizer creates and manages a board; a participant contributes posts, comments or reactions. The service operator is identified in the contact area below.
2. Accounts and participation
Organizers use an available sign-in provider and must keep account access secure. Whether participants need an account depends on the board’s visibility and posting permissions. Public boards can allow participation without an account; others require a posting code, member verification or an invitation. An unlisted link is not the same as invite-only access control.
3. Content rights and management
Content rights remain with the original rights holders. You must have permission to publish what you upload. You allow MoaBoard to store, display, deliver and export content as needed to provide the service. Organizers may approve, edit, categorize or hide posts for their board’s purpose and under the content policy.
4. Features and plans
Features and limits depend on the selected board’s plan. Upgrading one board does not upgrade the paid features of other boards. Post CSV exports are available on every plan within row and frequency limits. Website embeds are read-only, and display mode is available for supported board types. Purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions will be provided before paid service is offered. This document does not constitute purchase or recurring-payment consent.
5. Restrictions and appeals
Spam, infringement, account theft and service attacks may lead to restrictions. Depending on the case, posts may be hidden, posting restricted or accounts suspended. Reasons and an appeal route will be provided where possible; urgent security action may precede notice. Account suspension and content deletion are separate actions.
6. Interruptions, closure and data requests
Maintenance or incidents may temporarily interrupt features. Significant changes will be communicated through service notices. Our account-closure principle is to delete the account and personal information no longer needed, keeping only records required by law, separately and for the required period. The effect on boards, posts and attachments and the deletion timing must be explained before closure. Ordinary accounts can request closure from the account page after a recent sign-in and confirmation of the deletion scope. 7. Changes and application
Updates will identify the document version, effective date and material changes. These terms do not limit rights granted by applicable law. Korean, English and Japanese documents describe the same scope; contact us to clarify a translation discrepancy.
