Content policy

Open participation needs clear rules that protect the people taking part.

Document version 2026-09-08

1. Shared expectations

Stay within the board’s topic and organizer guidance. Do not post another person’s personal information, invitation codes or passwords. Use clear categories and wording so that notices, questions and recaps remain understandable.

2. Restricted conduct

Illegal content, infringement, impersonation, harassment, threats, hate, non-consensual disclosure of personal information, repeated advertising, automated spam, malicious links or files, authentication bypass, exploitation and service disruption are subject to restriction. Criticism or disagreement alone does not establish a violation.

3. Organizer actions

Organizers can approve, pin, categorize, edit or hide posts and review reports. Boards requiring approval may keep submissions out of other participants’ view until approval. Deletion and restoration depend on the post’s state and the processing stage.

4. Reports and service response

Use the board’s report feature or the help page. Include the post address and reason to assist review. The service operator may restrict posting or accounts based on severity, repetition and impact. Some evidence and detailed detection criteria may be withheld to protect security or reporters.

5. Appeals

To request review, send the board or post address, the action communicated to you and your reasons. Do not send passwords or another person’s sensitive information. Restoring an account does not automatically restore separately hidden posts.
